Palmzotics is based in the Northwest of England and ships nationwide across the United Kingdom.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

During peak periods or promotional launches, processing times may be slightly longer.


Delivery Options

Delivery times are estimated at checkout and may vary depending on location.

Typical UK delivery timeframes:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (where available)

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Delivery location

  • Delivery method selected

Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping details

  • Ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel

Palmzotics is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect address details

  • Courier service delays

  • Circumstances beyond our control

Risk passes to the customer once delivery has been completed.


2. Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please review the information below.


Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within the 14-day period by contacting:

You then have a further 14 days to return the item.


Hygiene & Cosmetic Product Policy

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened products

  • Used products

  • Products with broken seals

unless they are faulty.

This is in line with UK consumer law exemptions for sealed cosmetic goods.


Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photographic evidence

We will assess the issue and offer:

  • A replacement

  • A refund

  • Or another appropriate resolution

in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In original packaging

  • In resaleable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty)


3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened tanning accelerators

  • Opened nasal tanning products

  • Products showing signs of use

This protects all customers.


4. Incorrect Items

At present, Palmzotics ships within the United Kingdom only unless otherwise stated.
