1. What is a tanning accelerator?

A tanning accelerator is a cosmetic product designed to enhance and intensify your natural tanning process. Palmzotics accelerators are formulated to support deeper, faster and longer-lasting bronze results when used responsibly.

2. What is a Tingle Tan Accelerator?

A Tingle Tan Accelerator is designed to create a warming or tingling sensation on the skin. This increases surface circulation, which may enhance tanning results.

The tingling effect is normal and temporary. Mild redness may occur and typically fades within a short period after tanning.

3. How long does the tingling sensation last?

The tingling sensation usually lasts between 30–60 minutes depending on your skin type and sensitivity.

If irritation persists or becomes uncomfortable, wash the product off immediately and discontinue use.

4. Do your products contain SPF?

No. Palmzotics tanning accelerators do not contain SPF and do not provide sun protection.

You should always use appropriate sun protection where necessary.

5. Are Palmzotics products suitable for sensitive skin?

If you have sensitive skin, we recommend:

  • Conducting a patch test 24 hours before full application

  • Avoiding Tingle products unless you are experienced with them

  • Consulting a healthcare professional if unsure

Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

6. How do I use a tanning accelerator?

Apply evenly to clean, dry skin before tanning. Wash hands immediately after application.

Follow all usage instructions provided on the packaging.

Our Tutti Fruity nasal tanning products are part of our cosmetic tanning range.

We recommend carefully reviewing product instructions and usage guidance before use.

8. Are your products safe?

Palmzotics products are cosmetic tanning enhancers.

As with all cosmetic products:

  • Always follow instructions

  • Conduct patch tests

  • Avoid contact with eyes

  • Keep out of reach of children

9. How long does shipping take?

We are based in the Northwest of England and ship nationwide across the UK.

  • Standard delivery: 2–4 working days

  • Express delivery: 1–2 working days (where available)

Processing time is typically 1–2 working days.

10. Can I return my order?

You have 14 days to request a return under UK consumer law.

However, due to hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned unless faulty.
